Authentic Z gives you slots for a bunch of stuff on their improved backpacks including a secondary bag like a lunchbox or first aid kit, that kind of thing, and lets you wear satchels as an on back item separately from your backpack, so you can be wearing 2 bags (3 with fanny pack) and have the 3rd bag on a hotkey.

It for sure is a weight issue. Might need to drop all the stuff on your own inventory. Untill your reach a point where the bag weight wont reach pver 50 weight together with your ow inventory. Or simply take stuff out of the bag 1 by 1 till you can pickup.
